Last decuvage

We can't believe it's already the end of the harvest 2011 here! Now all the grapes have turned into wine. Six weeks ago we had just arrived and now we are all done! It was hard work and long hours, but we learned so much! As a closing celebration, we decuvaged a 200 HL (pretty large) tank as a team! Everyone said we did it super fast... And we hope they weren't lying because we sweating quite a bit. Now that we are done with the hard work our travels begin... With many cases of wine in tow, we start our journey and are hoping to have fun!
